1. Repricing of Service Fees in 2025
- To adapt to changes in our pricing structure, Beppo’s service fees will be revised. This includes a reassessment of engagement terms to ensure our services continue to meet your evolving business needs while maintaining the high quality and efficiency you expect. For some clients, the repricing will also incorporate software fees for Juan and JuanTax.
- The new pricing structure will take effect within 2025. The specific effective date of the repriced contract will depend on when you enter into a renewed agreement with Beppo. We will inform you of the exact start date of the new pricing as part of the renewal process.
- You can expect to receive a proposal for the renewal of your subscription contract within the next few weeks. The proposal will include the new pricing structure and the start date of the updated contract.
2. Changes in Beppo’s Legal Entity
- As part of our efforts to streamline our offerings, Beppo is transitioning to a new legal entity. Moving forward, Beppo will focus exclusively on its service operations, while the software business will operate independently under Juan.
- Beginning January 2025, billing and invoicing will be handled under the new legal entity. Our billing team will provide further details on how this transition may impact your invoicing process to ensure a seamless change.
