We’ve simplified the user interface to make your experience smoother. Here are new key features released today October 1, 2024.

 

Beppo Assist-Categorization

  • New Interface: The Transactions section has been renamed to Beppo Assist with an improved design.
  • Upload History: You can now track whether your uploaded receipts were successfully added.
  • Archiving Invalid Transactions: Transactions marked as “Invalid” can be archived for better organization.
  • Restore or Delete: Archived transactions can be restored to their previous status or permanently deleted as needed.

 

Business Feature

Business has been added to the menu. Currently housing accounting features such as Sales and Purchases.

 

Sales

  • Manual Sales Creation: Easily create sales transactions manually.
  • Apply Payment: Conveniently apply payments to sales transactions.
  • Multi-item Actions: Select multiple transactions to bulk delete or apply payments.

 

Purchases

  • Manual Purchase Creation: Create purchase transactions manually.
  • Apply Payment: Similar to Sales, you can also apply payments to purchase transactions.
  • Multi-item Actions: Similar to the sales feature, you can bulk manage purchase transactions in the same way.

 

Coming Soon

  • Business Reports: Generate on-demand reports like Trial Balance, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet.
  • Bulk Import: Record multiple sales or purchase transactions by using our excel format.
  • Easy Code: Record multiple sales or purchase transactions manually in bulk.
  • Banking: Create and manage manual bank accounts within Beppo.
  • Credit Notes: Create and apply credit notes to sales and purchase transactions.
  • E-Payments: Generate invoices and collect payments through e-payment solutions.
  • Withholding and Creditable Certificates: Create 2307 forms that can be applied as a credit to sales or withholding on purchases. These can be emailed to vendors, with the option for e-signing to simplify tax documentation.
